Aks Porto Heli Hotel

Aks is in a great spot, just a short walk from the town center. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic.

It was functional and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with competent staff and decent location up to the food area. Location: the property was short walk to a lake in the bathroom as well as a sandy beach......  

The pool area was fantastic for families, but the beach was noticeably dirty. Kids enjoyed the playground and entertainment.

I liked the care shown by all the staff, with no exceptions.

Its clear that this hotel is adequate for family with children .The city of Porto Heli is poor and not appropriate for holidays.nevertheless for our purpose we have been satisfayed

Housekeeping left much to be desired-daily towel changes included stained towels more than once, and dirt remained on the floors throughout the stay. Air conditioning barely functioned, failing to achieve anything below 27 degrees. The pool was not cleaned well, resulting in unwanted hair while swimming was great.

The view from the room was lovely, balcony was large and the room comfortable. Reception staff were excellent. The swimming pool was huge and just right for us.

Very close to Athens. Ideal for a weekend break. Beautiful beach. Good facilities-pool bar, beach bar, restaurants. You don't have to bring any beach towels. The hotel provide their own. Also an excellent solution for those who seek a family summer...

Spacious Superior Double or Twin Room with Sea View had comfy beds, good air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Loved the outdoor swimming pool and the great pool bar! The spa services were great with body treatments and manicures. Food was excellent and the fitness center was a nice bonus.

Very clean hotel. Very good facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to the village centre. Shuttle bus to the AKS Hinitsa was appreciated, as the beach there was a lot nicer for kids to swim....  

Unfortunately, the beach leaves much to be desired with reports of it being dirty and poorly maintained-lots of rubbish and cigarette ends. WiFi connectivity falters in the rooms, leaving many guests frustrated. The food quality, particularly at breakfast, seems below what one might expect from this caliber, and drinks at the pool bar are overpriced. It's also worth noting that pool maintenance has been inconsistent, leading to less-than-pleasant swimming conditions.

The place is good I parked my boat and straight to the hotel without walking.

Room service closes at 3pm ??? Why ??? I came 3.30pm was extremely tyred and hungry - no room service only Tost - pathetic - Got my breakfast in the room next day but had to pay extra for cheese extra for coffee which was a desaster .The music near the pool in the sitting area is from a greek movie from the '70s and I hurried up my food to leave the place imidiately.
